Finally got my EON card

Last week my Unionbank EON card was finally delivered to me. Meaning I am ready to use and link it to my Paypal account and start fully maximizing Paypal features.

You might wonder why I need this. I noticed that most of the paying opportunities online use Paypal as payment method. That includes Google Adsense, Payperpost, SponsoredReviews, etc. And for you to be able to maximize Paypal tools and features — from sending money to making withdrawal transactions — you will need to have a debit or credit card link to your account. Hence, I applied for an EON card.

But why EON card?

For one, I don’t have a credit card and applying for one may not be that very convenient as I have to wait for like 2 weeks up to a month. Another thing, EON, which is offered by Unionbank, is that only debit card here in the Philippines that’s compatible with Paypal. Plus, you don’t need any maintaining balance or even go through background investigation before they’d grant you one.

Meet people and make money through Socialspark

Earlier today I was chatting with a friend who’s also into the money-making business of blogging. And generously he introduced me to using Socialspark. At first, I hesitated to sign up for an account thinking it’s going to be just one of those online-meeting services I’ve been coming across with since I started using the Internet.

What’s good about Socialspark though is that you don’t just meet new friends from all across the globe. The site boasts with so many opportunities you can browse on, not to mention their affiliate program which are both good ways to earn money!

Another blog opportunity

Yipee, I found another great opportunity for bloggers like me. It’s as simple as getting paid to write a review on products and/or services and post it in your blog. I’m talking about Buyblogreviews.com!

It works pretty much like SponsoredReviews, where you bid on opportunities in category where you have registered your blog. Once your bid is approved by the advertiser you can proceed to writing your review. And when it gets approved by the advertiser, then your payment is on your way. Right now though they only pay through Paypal, but hopefully they can have other payment methods in the future.

Today I registered my blog and only after approval (which could take 72 hours) will I be able to start bidding on opportunities. I can’t wait to get started with their list of opportunities real soon.

Adam Lambert’s “gay confession”

It’s official. American Idol runner-up Adam Lambert is gay!

The confession was made via a Rolling Stone interview, wherein he openly expressed his being proud of his sexuality and in fact embracing it.

Adam Lambert’s confession followed after photos of him kissing another guy came out in March and recently another one showing him with new BF by the name of Drake exiting a bar while they held hands.

Alright, it’s not as if he’s the only fast-rising celebrity who has this little “secret” upon embarking to the limelight. There’s also Clay Aiken, another American Idol product, who made the same gay confession only after he’s made a name in the music scene. But to be honest, I kinda felt my illusion of him has dramatically broken into pieces when he decided to come out in the closet and revealed a crush on fellow American Idol favorites and winner Kris Allen.

Oh well, let’s just hope that we’d still see more work from Adam after this revelation, and that he won’t become another flash-in-the-pan sensation.

David Carradine’s Death Photo Leaked

It was already very depressing for actor David Carradine’s family to learn about his untimely death in a hotel in Thailand. But it is even more depressing to know that the actor’s death photo is being leaked over the Internet these days.

I have seen the photo myself and decided not to show it in this blog to give him and his family the respect they mostly deserve. Carradine’s family has expressed outrage over the publication of the Kill Bill star death photo in a Thai tabloid — where the actor was shown with his hands tied in front of him, hanging from a support bar in a closet. It was a dreary image which should not have been published anymore.

The said death photo has launched speculations that a foul play was involved in Carradine’s death, contrary to initial reports that he died of heart failure due to orgasm.

Nanny Caught Abusing Baby
